Hands-on · Workshop 04

From Documentation to Process Flow

A long document feels like a process, but it rarely is one. The real steps are buried in paragraphs, the order is implied, the owners are missing, and two sections quietly contradict each other. This workshop runs one messy document through a repeatable loop: read it for the real work, pull out the actual steps, order them into a flow with a clear start and end, mark the gaps and branches, assign an owner to each step, then validate the flow with someone who does the work. You leave with a clean process flow a team can read at a glance, and a list of the gaps you found on the way.
