Decision Clarity Workshop
A stuck decision is almost always an unclear decision. It keeps coming back to the same meeting because nobody has named who actually owns it, what information would settle it, or the date it has to be made by. This workshop runs one real decision through a repeatable loop: frame the choice plainly, name the single owner, list the information you genuinely need, lay out the real options including doing nothing, run a pre-mortem on the risks, mark how reversible it is, then write it down with reasons. You leave with a one-page decision you can act on, and a no-go you can defend.
You will leave with
- A one-page Decision Brief you fill in before the meeting
- A Single-Owner Map that names who decides and who advises
- An Information Checklist that separates need-to-know from nice-to-know
- An Options and Pre-Mortem Worksheet, doing nothing included
- A Decision Record with the reasons and the review date written down
- The Decision Clarity Loop, framing to record, on one line
