Change Readiness Workshop
New tools and processes rarely fail at the launch. They fail at the prep that nobody did. This workshop runs one real change through a repeatable loop: frame what is actually changing and for whom, judge whether the people are ready or only the tool is, define adoption as a number you can read, name the risks and the support the change will lean on, mark who owns adoption after launch, and write a go or hold decision you can defend. You leave with a readiness map and a launch call you can explain to a sponsor.
You will leave with
- A one-page Change Brief you fill in before any launch date is set
- A Readiness Test that separates a ready team from a ready tool
- An Adoption Measurement template with a baseline and an early signal
- A Risk and Support Checklist for the rollout
- A Go or Hold Readiness Card with the reasons written down
- The Change Readiness Loop, framing to decision, on one line
