Change Readiness Workshop

New tools and processes rarely fail at the launch. They fail at the prep that nobody did. This workshop runs one real change through a repeatable loop: frame what is actually changing and for whom, judge whether the people are ready or only the tool is, define adoption as a number you can read, name the risks and the support the change will lean on, mark who owns adoption after launch, and write a go or hold decision you can defend. You leave with a readiness map and a launch call you can explain to a sponsor.
