AI Use Case Workshop

Not every problem needs AI, and the fastest way to waste a quarter is to build the wrong one. This workshop runs one real problem through a repeatable loop: frame it without the word AI, decide whether AI is actually the right tool, define the value and how you would measure it, name the risks and the data it needs, and mark where a human must stay in the decision. You leave with a one-page case you can defend, and a go or no-go you can explain.
